DIE MAINTENANCE:
Job Duties Includes: We are
looking for individuals with Industrial Die Maintenance skills for ANY
SHIFT.
Job Requirements: Must have experience in repairing dies
for presses, Experience with heavy steel stamping process and step die
processes, Willing to work overtime.
FORKLIFT OPERATOR:
Responsibilities Include: Daily stocking of parts to support
assembly production lines, loading and unloading shipments, manual
stocking of parts; some computer data input.
Job Requirements: Two
years recent forklift experience in a production environment Excellent
reading/math skills required. Ability to work independently Ability to
work any shift as needed Ability to input data into a computer database
Familiar with bar coding systems.
HR GENERALIST:
Responsibilities Include: Processing new hires, benefits

Job Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of Human Resource experience

INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE:
Responsibilities Include: Maintenance and repair of machines,
controls, equipment or facility PLC trouble-shooting, programming and
repair, Trouble-shooting, maintenance and repair of electrical,
mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic equipment.
Job Requirements: We are looking for individuals with
Industrial Maintenance skills in a least 2 or more of the following: electrical, mechanical, hydraulic,
pneumatics, machine controls & facility equipment. Must have PLC
trouble shooting experience.
PARTS QUALITY STAFF:
Job Duties Includes: Evaluate supplier problems,
including inspection of supplier parts and returned parts to validate
complaints. Create Quality Inspection Standards for suppliers from latest
drawings. Make verbal and written
reports as needed. Review supplier
PPAP and Audit suppliers to FMEA and Control Plans. Monitor supplier performance and
recommend necessary steps for improvement. Audit suppliers with 8D and/or 5P
problems.
Job Requirements: Candidate must be able to
perform dimensional and visual inspection of sheet metal, stamped parts,
Surftest, Hardness tester (Rockwell and Micro Vickers), Contracer, and
Optical Comparitor. Qualified
candidate must be able to use a variety of calibrated gauges and tools,
including but not limited to: calipers, micrometers, pin gage, thread
plug gage, height stand, and fixture gage to determine conformance and
acceptability of parts. Must
complete forms and record data as required. Be proficient in Microsoft Office. Able
to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Experience in
GD & T and blueprint reading.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Able to supervise several inspection associates. Knowledgeable in QS9000 and
TS16949. CMM experience would be a
plus.
PROJECT LEADER:
Responsibilities Include: This
position is responsible for activities required to introduce automotive
new model products into our mass production facility. Duties include but are not limited
to: Overall project planning, Preparation
and presentation of required evaluations, Scheduling, Budget origination and control,
Interaction/communication with customer, Mass production process and
equipment planning, Communication with and support of internal
departments and parent company in Japan.
Job Requirements: A Bachelors Degree in an Engineering
discipline is requested but an associate degree with related experience
will be considered. Local,
national, and international travel is required. Other Helpful Skills: Competency in Microsoft applications,
knowledge of JIT mass
production manufacturing methods, welding (MIG,
TIG, and Laser), presentation skills, and ability to speak Japanese
language.
