CAN CONFERENCE 2ND PLACE WINNERS

The Quality Circle Team “Just Us” competed in the Can Conference in Niagra Falls, Canada.  The Team is comprised of Jon Herndon, AJ Ward, Tammy Ulsh, Billy Reed, Hope Burk and Justina Arnett. The Team’s goal was to change how the gas was being supplied to the Reman building. The “Just Us” team helped bring in a new gas supplier using Micro Bulk tanks. “Just Us” will be saving CYT $163,536.00 per year.  They competed against 32 suppliers and won 2nd place in the “Project” category.  CONGRATULATIONS!!!

JAM-E IS GOING TO THE 7TH UG WORLD CONFERENCE

Please congratulate the Quality Circle team Jam-E for completing and winning 1st place. They are going to Japan for the 7th UG World Conference in October. Their project was to make the carbide insert recycling more visual and better awareness for associates.
