Our Quality laboratory is capable of performing geometric and structural analyses to assess the conformity of products to customer specifications, and industry standards. CYT utilizes a variety of technology to monitor products and process capabilities with the necessary accuracy and precision.

While Quality Control is accomplished through cooperation between all departments within our organization, the team within our Quality Department leads the charge to ensure we continue to meet our goals.
Supplier Management
CYT aims to select high quality, competitive Suppliers, and work in partnership with those Suppliers to provide high quality products to our Customers. CYT, as a fair and just corporation conducts business with our Suppliers based on trust, to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Collaboration with our Suppliers is key in achieving our Quality goals. Understanding that Quality extends beyond the actual product, we take a wholistic approach to the entire manufacturing system. We continuously explore methods to innovate our products and processes. Working together, we provide outstanding products to automotive assemblies throughout North America, and throughout the world.
Compliance and Quality Certification
CYT has been recognized for its commitment to reliability. We have been the recipient of Honda Quality and Delivery awards that honor Suppliers who distinguish themselves by meeting or exceeding key performance metrics.
Additionally, our facilities have received the global standards of certification for Quality and Environmental Management practices. These standards ensure that we are continuously striving to maximize efficiency, and minimize costly effects on our Stakeholders, Employees, Customers, Suppliers, local communities, and other interested parties.
ISO 14001
CYT has obtained the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 14001 certification. Our Environmental Management System (EMS) establishes procedures, assigns responsibility, monitors performance and enables us to anticipate and address potential impacts before they occur.
