From our highspeed lamination stamping processes completed on specialized high-rigidity presses, to our aerospace level of accuracy seen in the precision dies and molds which simultaneously stamp out the stator and rotor lamination. Every step of the process has been optimized to provide cost effective solutions. Yutaka has extensive experience in providing value added processes which extend beyond our stamping capabilities. This can be seen in our fully automated Rotor sub comp line which completes the resin encapsulation process, securely bonding magnets used in the EV motor component of the Rotor Comp.
