Welding
While specializing in MIG and TIG welding since 1996, we began to learn and develop processes to utilize laser welding in 2016. Now, over 30% of our products utilize all 3 types to meet performance and dimensional expectations. With the extensive capability in MIG welding, we have over 127 robots to meet this demand in different configurations to support welding some of the smallest components to welding large components in lengths up to 4.1 meters to widths and up to 2 meters wide.
With our 127 robots we use technology from 2 main manufacturers: Yaskawa for MIG and laser welding and Panasonic for MIG and laser welding. We have excellent technical support to ensure the consistent operation of both types of cells and welding.
TIG welding, while not as common on products today, is still used in some of our products. We have equipment and capability to TIG weld high volume or low volume in lengths as small as 140mm to as high as 500mm.
In a lot of today’s products, laser welding is being used to provide value to a product without adding a filler like MIG welding or TIG welding. While providing excellent adhesion thru base materials it also provides minimal distortion to dimensional specifications allowing for excellent control of a critical tolerance.
All of these welding types are available for us to help you build, shape or design your product with you!
